Publishing Your Book with an Academic Press

This Columbia University Press presentation will address topics such as choosing a press, writing a proposal, peer review and approval boards, incorporating third-party material, and the editing, production, and marketing processes. The event will also include a question-and-answer session. The presenters are Eric Schwartz, editorial director and editor for sociology and neuroscience; Philip Leventhal, senior editor for literary studies, film studies, and journalism; and Bridget Flannery McCoy, editor for economics and American history.
